Cancellation Policy

NOTES WHEN TAKING TRAVEL PHOTOS ⚠️1. Please adhere to the schedule. Once the shooting time has been confirmed, it cannot be changed on the same day. The shooting time is calculated from the time of the appointment; please do not be late to avoid affecting the shooting time. If the photographer arrives late, the shooting time will be extended accordingly. ⚠️2. It is recommended to discuss your desired style, composition, etc., with the photographer beforehand. If you are concerned that the photographer's work will not meet your expectations, you can review the photos on the camera every 5 minutes and discuss adjustments. If after two discussions (within 20 minutes) you are still not satisfied, please contact another staff member in the team for timely assistance: stop the service/refund or schedule another photographer to avoid further losses. The photographer's travel expenses and entrance fees (if any) will still be reimbursed. If you have no comments after the photoshoot, it means you are satisfied, and no refunds or changes to the photographer will be given. No refunds will be given after receiving the photos unless there is a complaint. ⚠️3. In cases of force majeure (military, weather, etc.), refunds or rescheduling are permitted. Other reasons for rescheduling require 3 days' notice. ⚠️4. Please contact us immediately for any issues to be resolved promptly. ⚠️5. Photos are stored for 3 months; please download them as soon as possible, as they cannot be recovered after this time. ⚠️6. Please avoid private transactions with photographers. All transactions must be conducted through the platform (except for travel/entrance fees). The platform is not responsible for disputes arising from private transactions.
