NOTES WHEN TAKING TRAVEL PHOTOS

⚠️1. Please adhere to the time. Once the shooting time has been confirmed, it cannot be changed on the day. The shooting time is calculated from the appointment time, please do not be late so as not to affect the shooting time. If the photographer is late, the shooting time will be extended accordingly for the customer.

⚠️2. It is recommended to discuss with the photographer in advance about the style, layout... that you want. If you are worried that the photographer's work is not to your liking, you can review the photos in the camera every 5 minutes of shooting and discuss adjustments. If after 2 discussions (within 20 minutes) you are still not satisfied, please contact another staff member in the group for timely support: stop the service/refund or schedule another photographer to avoid further damage. The photographer's travel expenses and entrance tickets (if any) will still be paid. If there are no comments after the shoot, it means you are satisfied, there will be no refund or change of photographer. Refunds are not supported after receiving the photos if there are no complaints.

⚠️3. In case of force majeure (military, weather,...) refund or reschedule will be given. Other reasons for rescheduling must be notified 3 days in advance.

⚠️4. For any problems, please contact us immediately for timely handling.

⚠️5. Photos are stored for 3 months, please download them soon, after this time they cannot be restored.

⚠️6. Please avoid private transactions with the photographer. All transactions must be made through the platform (except for transportation/entrance fees). If disputes arise due to private transactions, the platform is not responsible. Photographers who violate will be dealt with, and we hope everyone will cooperate.
